Dr Nana is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SC045750) which

exists solely to help improve the health of people living in rural Ghana.

An important part of our work is raising funds for new and ongoing projects. To

this end we have a legitimate interest in maintaining a database of private

donors and supporters to keep them informed of our activities.

We will keep to a minimum the personal data items we hold: normally only your

name, email address and postal address.

We will not share the information we hold on any private individual with any

third party without the individual’s explicit additional consent.

We will maintain the database on a password controlled computer, accessible to

only one person.

The information will only be used to contact you or for analyses of our activities.

If we carry out any analyses of donations received or other support given, we

will not use any person-identifiable data in the results.

Unless we hear from you to the contrary, the information we hold on you will be

deleted two years after its last use.

You have the right to access, amend or delete the data we hold on you at any

time. You have the right to withdraw at any time your consent for us to hold your

data.
